A few small details

Good to know

What is Bamdoo?

Bamdoo is a focus timer for iPhone based on the Pomodoro technique. You work in short sessions with regular breaks and can look back at your completed sessions.

Can I download it yet?

Bamdoo is still in development, so there’s nothing to download yet. You can explore a preview on this page.

Do I have to focus for 25 minutes?

You can adjust your focus sessions and both breaks to suit your day. Bamdoo saves those settings for next time.

Will Bamdoo block distracting apps?

App blocking is a planned paid feature that’s still being tested. The core timer works without Screen Time access.
